Shipping policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, order processing times will vary based upon supply and demand. All of our items are fabricated from scratch after you've placed your order. On average you can expect your clothing order to ship within 10-15 business days and bows 5-7 business days, but delays can be less or greater due to order volume. Notices will be posted on the site when we are experiencing longer than normal processing delays. Unless otherwise specified, your item will be shipped via USPS. If you require your item sooner or have special shipping instructions; please message to make arrangements. RUSH ordering is available for an additional fee.
PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE PURCHASING. WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER BECAUSE POLICIES WERE NOT READ PRIOR TO PURCHASING. BUYERS ARE EXPECTED TO BE INFORMED.

Our shipping terms are: we try to ship all bows within 5- 7 business days of payment. If for any reason we can not, we will convo you with details and if you would like a refund we will be happy to issue. All clothing items we try to ship within 10-15 business days of payment receipt. IF YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR PROCESSING. If you need an item by a specific date please leave in note to seller box, UNLESS YOU NEED SOONER THAN STATED SHIP TIME THEN MESSAGE FIRST. Please check your receipt for ship times. If you require any item sooner than the shipping terms stated above, please email with your requirement date, and if at all possible we will accommodate.
